On ne pourra certainement pas reprocher à Subnuba de vouloir aller trop vite : si le groupe annonçait la sortie prochaine d'un album avec le single Ascending Light, Distant Pixel ne sortira que trois ans plus tard. Et à l'écoute de cette pépite, je dirai qu'on ne pourra pas reprocher grand-chose à Subnuba tout court. Le trio a travaillé d'arrache-pied et ça s'entend : le death metal technique est exceptionnel, aussi bourrin que fantastique avec ses arpèges électroniques de science-fiction !

Will admit found the dissonance initially off putting, but by the end of the first song caught the groove and loved every second! It's almost like a lost Pestilence album. Full on reccommend!
